Doing it for the cause

Me and some friends have been toying with the idea of putting on a low-key "fun for all shred fest". Something that suits us "oldies" now that rails & gap jumps are a thing of the past. Needless to say that we've been heavily inspired by the Banked Slalom at Mt Baker, the Dirksen Derby and other classic back to basics events. After seeing the above clip I'm more convinced than ever that we just need to move on to the "DO"-phase of our project. Enough talk. We need action. And fun. We will put together a cool little banked course, gather together some good people, play good music & have tasty food + drinks. The do good aspect is also something we want to throw in there!

Nice project & film by Antti Autti and friends. Antti said somewhere that one should start talking about "freeridestyle" as opposed to "freeriding" or "freestyle". I couldn't agree more. Free. Ride. Style. Makes perfect sense.
